INFORMATION ON METHODS OF SHIPPING – TRANSPORT<\/p>\n

Collection from our store Agias Sofias 19 & Ioustinianou Aspropyrgos Once you have placed an order and we have informed you that your order has arrived at the collection point for collection, you can pick it up from our store Agias Sofias 19 & Ioustinianou Aspropyrgos. Payment at the “collection point” is made by cash & card and you can arrive at the following hours: \u0394\u03b5\u03c5\u03c4\u03ad\u03c1\u03b1 \u03bc\u03b5 \u03a0\u03b1\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03ba\u03b5\u03c5\u03ae: (8:30-14:30)<\/strong><\/code><\/li>\n
  2. By ELTA courier (door-to-door).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The order is delivered in 1-2 working days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) with the from the time of product documentation, to the address you indicated.
    \nShipping costs by ELTA courier are 2.30 \u20ac up to 2 kg & for each additional kilo the charge is MO ~ 1.50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

    COD costs are an additional cost (+ 3.00 \u20ac) cost.

    The kilos that are mentioned on our site are “VOLOMETER KILOS”, as measured by the transport companies.<\/p>\n

    For products where their volume is greater than their weight, the way of calculating the weight is changed with the following formula (algorithm):<\/p>\n

    Volumetric weight (in kilograms) = (length x width x height in centimeters) for \/ 5000<\/p>\n

    The result of this divided volume \/ 5000 is the WEIGHT of the product.<\/p>\n

    In case the ELTA courier (door-to-door) is to deliver an order in an inaccessible area, it leaves it at the nearest ELTA-POST office in your area and notifies you to pick it up.<\/p>\n

    THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT \/ CUSTOMER.<\/p>\n

    Note that the partners who transport the goods to us have shown daily their value & professionalism in a series of 10 years, in the correct transport of the product.<\/p>\n
