PRESS RELEASE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Dear friends, the Organizing Authority of the Championship with this Press Release informs you about the temporary postponement of the competitive activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizing Authority of the Championship has informed all participants that the Championship “WEST ATTICA BASKET LEAUGE” is conducted with the approval of ESKANA (Member of the Hellenic Basketball Federation EOK) and faithfully follows all the rules of the Official.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Today, the official announcement of the Federation states, among other things:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With the hope that the 5th epidemic wave of the coronavirus<\/strong> <\/strong>will be the last and after teleconferences held yesterday (03\/01) with the teams of the National categories, with the representatives of the Unions, but also with other sports federations, the Board of the EEC decided to postpone the official competitive activities of the National championships by two weeks.<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Thus, the resumption of the championships and their action was set for January 22-23<\/strong> ,<\/strong> since it is estimated that the outbreak of cases will have been eliminated by then.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

After that, respecting the decisions of the authorities and with the sole aim of the health of all athletes of WEST ATTICA BASKET LEAUGE, every competitive activity of the Championship is postponed for 15 days (22-23 \/ 01\/2022) where the situation will be reviewed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
