Our online store gives you the opportunity to return products.
The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order.
Our company recommends that you make a first check upon receipt of your order to make sure that your package does not have any obvious defects (eg it is not broken, it is the right product, etc.).
This control is not mandatory and its non-performance does not limit your rights.

No refunds are given on discounted products or products on offer.
The return of the product should be done by ELTA Courier only and delivered to our store. We have the right to refuse refunds sent by post or to non-cooperating companies.
In all the above cases the collection / shipping costs (courier and bank charges) are borne by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until receipt.

Return Settlement Methods
If you decide to return the merchandise you bought you can choose how to arrange the return.
The possibilities given to you by our online store are the following:
Send new product
This new product can be the same or similar to the previous one or you can choose another product from our online store.
Withdrawal
The customer can withdraw the sale within 14 calendar days from the shipment of the product and at his own expense return it to the company.
The company is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY in case there is no damage and is accompanied by proof of purchase.
The “return form” must also be completed.
Money return
If you purchased a product or service online or in-store (by phone, by mail order, or from a home seller), you also have the right to cancel your purchase and refund within 14 days, for any reason and without any excuse.
According to EU rules, if the products you bought turn out to be defective or do not meet the advertised features, we have to replace them, or refund your money.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one you used for your purchase.
Once the refund is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received a refund to your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so that they can help expedite the process.

The return of the goods is done through the transport company ELTA Courier with which our online store cooperates.
