Friends participating in the championship, the necessary documents for the athletes who participated in the previous season (2020-2021) are the following:
1st Athlete Health Card with a photo signed and stamped (in two places, on the photo and bottom right) by a cardiologist only.
2nd Responsible Athlete Statement 2021-2022, by filling in the following form.
Notes
- In case of change of personal data, submission of a photocopy of a new 2-sided police ID card (1 copy for each athlete)
- For the presentation of the total amount of money of the participants (10 euros per person) there will be contact with the event by email or by phone
- After the submission of the supporting documents and the expiration of the deadline, no change in the composition of the team is allowed.
- The deadline for all necessary documents is set at 22/10/2020, Friday
