Friends participating in the championship, the necessary documents for the athletes participating for the first time in the championship are the following:
1st Athlete Health Card with a photo signed and stamped (in two places, on the photo and bottom right) by a cardiologist only.
2nd Form for Filling in Athlete Details, by filling in the following form.
3rd Responsible Athlete Statement 2021-2022, by filling in the following form.
4th Photocopy of a 2-sided police ID card (1 copy for each athlete) which you send to the email address info@sportingevents.gr with the indication of the team name.
5th 1 passport photo of each athlete for the ticket which you send to the email address info@sportingevents.gr with the indication of your name and the name of the team.
Notes
- For an athlete who participated in another team last season, the captain must inform us by writing it on the overall roster next to his name in which team he was in so that his card can be found and replaced.
- For the presentation of the total amount of money of the participants (10 euros per person) there will be contact with the event by email or by phone
- After the submission of the supporting documents and the expiration of the deadline, no change in the composition of the team is allowed.
- The deadline for all necessary documents is set at 22/10/2020, Friday
